Reactive maintenance is done when machine already damaged,
Corrective maintenance is a maintenance task performed to identify, isolate, and rectify a fault so that the failed equipment.
The difference between reactive and corrective maintenance is that, reactive maintenance is performed when equipment fails and corrective maintenance is performed to return equipment to proper working order.
reactive maintenance to ensure the continuity of functioning the equipment and it requirs fast action ie INPUT SOURCE FLUCTUAT OR THROTEL LEVER ACTION etc AND FAULTY OR MALFUNCTIONING ITEM REPLACING IS CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
reactive maintenance to ensure the continuity of productivity till doing the corrective one
REACTIVE IS THE TYPE OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE IN WHICH THE EQUIPMENT HAS TO PREVENT FROM THE FAILURE AND ITS CONTINUE REACTIVE . CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE IS THE BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE IN WHICH THE EQUIPMENT IS FAIL AND NEED TO DO MAINTENANCE
