Major Resposibilities include the following :
1- Building and Development the effective Sales Team for the Power System & Power Products
2- Enhance the Rapport and interpersonal with all the existing customers & finding Business opportunities with new customer, EPCs & Channel partners
3- Lead & monitor sales activities & performance
4- Set directions of the successful Sales & allocate the resources
5- Achieve the Sales target & Business plan as requested
6- Enable the sales team to provide value to the customer via the real dealing as services given
7- Training program set up each 6 months to develop the Team Skills in the Integration System Sales & Products Sales
