If your interviewer will become your boss, knowing his/her management style is very helpful; it tells you how to communicate and work under them. The culture the company has will affect your enjoyment of the role as much as the role itself, so it’s important to get a feel for it in the interview. Good company culture makes work life engaging, with possibilities for collaboration and growth. But working in a disempowering environment will make you want to leave the job.

Friendl to all employees and being a team player.always leaning new things to keep us updated
I am more a leader than a boss, that is my style.
I lead by example and I continuously motivating the team, making the workplace our home while implementing the company rules at the same time. I believe in reward and punishment system.
Parental management style would be the best as there are people of different natures in a family in the same fashion in an organisation there are people with different background and have to be motivated and treated differently.
Should treat employees friendly and take work out of them, frequently motivating, training them and providing there requirements
