How critical is Network going down, for users as compared to a PC/laptop going down for 1 user?

If a PC/desktop is affected / down, only that particular user can get affected. But, if the network is down, then the entire Floor / lots of users , connected to that Network, can be affected.

Very Critical, the Network is the skeletal system of a business, when an entire network goes down, almost all services of a business that relies on that network will collapse. This, compared to a single user on a laptop or pc, the loss will be huge, time is very important for any business and reliance of that network is critical.
