What are some foods in your country that could look strange or weird to foreigners?

In fact, does not we not have a strange foods in my country or people afraid of them, because they are popular and traditional and delicious foods, but there are some areas in the south, for example, like to put a lot of ghee like such as Margarine in everything in their food in dishes salty and sweet dishes .

First of all, I would like to say that the Foreigners are really 'Afraid of our Highly-Spiced (Rich in CHILLY) foods'.

To me 'SAAG'  and  'NIHAARI' are two such foods which are looked as strange or weird by foreigners.
