Well we dont get the ideal employess all the times. To me, both are good options & as manager/leader its our responsibility to coach them on the grey areas & our pure intent must be of giving/helping instead of getting results/numbers/targets. It works brother & i do practise this & as a result 3 people whom i choose as a self challenge were at the edge of loosing their jobs & turned in to top performers.. l
