Quite a few CRMs feature a Gmail extension; there's even a 3rd party Gmail extension for Salesforce. But if you want to use CRM inside of Gmail, and literally never have to go anywhere else for anything, there's two apps that are best: Google Contacts—no, really. It's a 3rd party CRM that literally lives inside Gmail, and is customizable enough to be useful for most basic CRM and even support needs.
