make an attractive Facebook page, with samples of your work.

register to freelancer site, follow with the registeration and verfication procedures.

allocate a couple of hours daily to your freelance job.

Depending on the freelance job you choose, this can be achieved by putting in maximum hours out of office into freelance work.

Example, If u work a 9-5 and spend another 4 hours a day creative writing as a freelance, that would account to a very decent amount at pay out at the month's end

The other deciding factor would of course be quality. In terms of freelance photography, and fine art, the higher the quality, the better the earnings.
