Getting a doument notarized implies giving  the document a legal force and the documents can be used as  documentary evidence for or against  the parties executing the document.

Back in India, notarising a document authenticates that a particular person has executed is a valid entity and the document executed has legal holding. A Power of Attorney is a document that is often notarised where both parties present themselves before the notary to execute the document.

However in Bahrain, apart from the Power of Attorny documents notarising a particular document gives you further an option to skip the procedures in court and execute the document before the execution court for issues like retreiving outstanding amount, or eviction of property, if the notarised document expressly waves the right of the signatories to settle disputes in courts and wherein the parties agree that they shall proceed to the execution court directly on the given terms and conditions.
