Operational Excellence they Process involves fucosing on the customers' needs and they continually improving the current activites in the workplace. In my experience and observevasion all that three is similar and related they all in marketing base knowledge

However; in Arabian Gulf region Qatar Airways classified as 5 stars carrier and Emirates as 4stars reference to Skytrax.

Qatar Airways is the best in terms of on time performance, best Airport operations and customer satisfaction .
