In terms of job seeking, what is more important, the job position or the job salary?

I think its better to get a job position that you know you are capable on it and with a salary that is accepted to you. Trainings and certifications could help in upgrading your job and salary.

If you are fresher you need a good place to learn at this time don't pay attention on salary rather than learning.

If you want or just interest in making money any kind of job you can do which pays high salaries.

For me both are important I should give important for both.

for the job seeking all are important job position and job salary. but i prefer to job salary. i dont care about the position as long as the salary is good. because for me if we have a good salary we can manage everything.
