In my view personality training is the best training course for Hospitality industry
A real thanks for invitation to answer to Mr. Sayed: this is a very stimulating opportunity !However, neither I can compare my limited knowledge to your vast and in-depth expertise in the hospitality sector nor I am a so experienced and skilled trainer like you.In recent years my training activity was limited to a niche touristic offer (i.e. 2 and 4 wheels adventure/offroad travels worldwide, following a relevant experience as an outdoor teambuilder/trainer in extreme environments, including open sea and saharian desert).During these kind of highly specialised travels in difficult and hostile environments, customers are accompanied by one or more Tour Leaders (depending on group size) and they must be extremely qualified to face a number of unpredictable events in a wide range of complex sectors (health, safety, mechanic, psychological stress, gps technology/road-book, 2 & 4 offroad skilled driving and so on). My role was to select, train and periodically supervise this group of 'supermen/superwomen'.As anyone can easily understand, in these instances 'everything and all' is important along the training process. However, what mainly assists is a 360 degrees multitasking attitude, a hard and persistent 'can do' state of mind, a superior IQ and an oustanding level of resilience and 'existential flexibility'.At the end of this brief paragraph, I would say that in this selected environment, trainer is less important than individual thirst for knowledge and personal disposition to learn and retain.I hope this helps.
