Yeah, I certainly agree neverthless it doesn't happen in real world perfectly ! why so ? because the Chief Executive Officer CEO is one of the most coveted titles, and least understood jobs in a company. Everyone believes that CEOs can do whatever they want, are all powerful, and are magically competent, nothing could be further from the truth. However by its very nature, the job description of a CEO means meeting the needs of employees, customers, investors, communities, and the law. Although Some of a CEO’s job can be delegated but several elements of the job must be done by the CEO including reviewing marketing strategy with marketing manager, so BTW we can consider him as marketer No.1 in the company .
Yes it is true. A CEO is the mirror reflection of the company & the eye of the company. CEO carries the whole load of the company on his back wherever they may go & in whatever they do. When people see the CEO, they see the company in question. Incase the CEO is competent with a reputation that preceeds them, everyone in society looks at the company in this same way. On the other hand, if the CEO is not competent with a bad reputation, society looks at the company in the same because the CEO is the exact reflection of the company.
