This topic really talk about the manager and worker relationship on how to deal with some difficulties occur without affecting their work as a team.
Build a good relationship with them. Try to feel them comfortable after that they will share problem and creative idea with manager and Manager also feel relax in their work.
I would not necessarily adjust my position, or way of communicating with the team, this could mean that you will have to be a different person for each member of the team.
What I would do though is give the team through engagement and collecting ideas from the a clear vision of what is expected, get them to buy in and comitt to the vision.
This will alow you to measure the team against their comittment.
This then forms the basis of your working relationship with the team.
To become effective manager we should be knowleagable,independent and flexible in every different way and situation we can easily adjust and cope up..
Setting a good axample are good leaders..
I will have a team building excersice like sports and try to tell every one to commnicate with each other
good working relationships give us several bebefits,our work is so enjoyable ehen we have good relationships,so as amanager you have to built this relationships depending on respectfull and cooperation ,and to be fair with all the team.
