A project manager's work is more important because P M plays a crucial role in achieving objectives in an organization's strategic plan since projects are often used as means of directly or indirectly achieving strategic objectives.

Project Managers are playing a main role in any project. He is the one who handle the project in all aspects and manage all project sections. In addition, he coordinates the relations between the project parties, clients and any other authorities involved. Any issues related to project goes to the manager first.

The project manager must know what he have to do for the project. He must make a proper planning for the work and he alos know the pros and cons of the project. He must ensure the assigned work is done according to his instructions, quality etc.
