God has given us a life like a bubble in the water with unstable of life span. Yet we all are building lots of ambitious goal on this unstable life. At least we change2 to jobs in the life span. Is it not worth choosing high pay, when the life it self not stable?

Personally, apart from money or pay & stability of the organusation, there are other relevant factors i put into consideration if am to choose where to work for instance; my career objective(s), my vision & mission, terms & conditions of work, location of the organisation, flexibility & adaptation aspect; ambience etc. Therefore i wouldn't just choose any job in any environment without clearing assessing the above mentioned factors.

Thanx for the invitation

As per my specialization in a pharmaceutical sales & marketing field which is very competitive, yet I already work in a high pay and at the same time a very unstable uncertain working environment with high sales target, tough competitive pressure and work pressure & stress.   Thank you

Work in stable environment but low salary.  " enjoy what you do and you will not work a single day.  You will be living."

It depends on my conditions at that moment, if i am in a strong need to high pay, I will accept to join the high pay org. with unstable working environment, if there is no need to high pay at that moment I may not do that

I will definitely  choose to work in a stable environment with low pay. First of all it will help me to keep my blood pressure not too high even though I am  less paid .  With the good health and mindset I can add more value to my work and output which in turn will again help the organization to grow more steadily and firmly. Once the organization starts making more revenue and more profit I can again be in a position to re-negotiate my pay scale with the management. Beside this I will get more job satisfaction in the stable environment and learning process will also be on with the qualified and professional team. Because it is understood that it need lots of effort and hard works along with expertise to achieve the stable environment of an organization. One can also feel more job security in an stable environment than an unstable working environment because you don't know which is your last working day in such an organization.

I would love to be in unstable working environment during my initial days ( for the first 10-12 years of service) and then to settle in a more stable environment for latter part of my service.
