A great question as usual. Thank you Mr. Sayed Fathy.
Certainly , because of intense competition, the complexities in the business world are increasing day by day, due to this, there has been an increase in the high end computing and business environment. Although, I think that MENA region is the ideal market for any manufacturer of consumer goods but though local consumers are affluent and tech, it takes more than superior products for companies to overturn the economic slump and post record revenues. Therefore, a marketing strategy aimed at individuals and narrowcasting intended for a specific group. While companies in MENA region engaged in “broadcasting” in the early years to build its brand through endorsements and marketing campaigns, that is the customer-centric approach was necessary in order to dig deeper into a market where competition among brands is very fierce.
On sum, to evaluate or forecast growth of marketing orientation in future It has become essential for the organizations to link and analyze various data, applications, processes, customers, and business partners for seamless business functions, to provide enhanced experience and satisfaction to their customers.
