Hello Nazim,

 

You can apply anywhere for work if you have a very strong portfolio and i would recommend that you have an online one on Behance for example . 

 

you can send me some of your work and I can lead you to places to apply for or would tell you that you need to work on your portfolio

 

A good portfolio with good online coverage will not need you to apply for anywhere the work will come to you
