When hiring of quality individual the nationality is not a critical criteria except if the position is located in a country that has political problems with the country that the person carries its nationality, on the other hand some other employers preffer to select a person that has no access problems to the country wher he/she will work i.e that when selecting a person it is better to select the person that can have an easy entry visa and can travel and come back easily according to the job demands. Some other jobs are not opened for all nationalities these kind of jobs are only opened for the natives only. In my opinion the nationality should not be a blocking point under any circumstances otherwise it will be a discrimination towards the nationality of the applicant.
