It is like Property means hardware and facility means software. You can have facility management when there is a property.

There is no difference related. Its the duty of the management to upkeep the property by performing daily,planned and annual maintenance work related to any trade eg civil,interior,HVAC,electrical,DG FL&s plumbing, WTP,STP and many more ...................
