It's not possible to reach the zero risk status. We live in an uncertain world full of changes and with every change we face an alteration in our risk universe thus even best continuing risk management efforts cannot achieve a100% efficient risk anticipation, assessment and effective treatment methodologies. else disasters would have never happened

My question remain unanswered, what I could gather from your comment that once we ensure all our possible resources in full line and length of safety & security, so can we say have ensured full proof security. Non of the organization has100 percent resouces to withstand all incidents. What do say about.

Being part of the Safety & Security Team we have to believe on Full Proff Security, but as we all know Accidents happen without information or alerting anyone, So we have to arrange our highest level of Safety & Security using all our resources ( Risk Asessment, TBT meeting, Audit & Review of Previous Accidents) rest will be on Continious review of Safety System.
