The relationship between the team members and the team leader is a reciprocal relationship that affects each other negatively and positively
Both Leader and Team are interdependent to each other. Leader cannot be Leader without his team's support and Team cannot be established without a Leader. Its Give and Take relationship.
Its both ways. Never one way. A leader derive strength from the diversity of abilities in his or her team. Your team is your strength. A team derives its strenght from the experience and vision and motivation forthcoming from the leader.
Of course team take the strength from their leader, as long as the leader is a professional, strong personality and understanding person.
A team is only as strong as its weakest link. That being said, the leader and the team should ideally feed off of each other.
Depends upon situation. The team leader should guide and motivate team. He should able to mentor and coach his team members. Alos he has strength to convey his strength to his team and he should able to learn from his team. Then only he bcome good Team Leader.
The leader derives strength from his team as also the team derives strength ftom their leader
