Most Respected Sir, as always an awe-inspiring Question has been put forth by you; Thumbs up!
To me, the Relationship between a LEADER and his TEAM can be termed as a 'FINGER-NAIL Relationship'.
BOTH the Leader and the Team are eachother's Strength. The Leader is a source of Inspiration/Strength for his Team,, and the Team is a Leader's Strength in such a way as to enable him to accept any new Challenge with full Belief that 'come what may', his team can never ever let him down.
Usually the mode of the company workers is set by the learder and how they value the workers. One of the most successful leaders in the airline business stated that if you Treat your Staff Well and You will definently get Satisfied Customer Because a satisfied customer equals a happy Employee. So lets just say it a situation where strengths are fed from both ends of the spectrum.
In a good team it should work both ways. The leader should be able to provide strength to the team when they look up to him and the team should be able to support the leader when he needs extra eyes or brains to take a decision. A good leader should know the strengths and weaknesses of his team members which would help him call upon the right person for each problem he may face.
Team leaders can get practical insight into what it really takes to bring about the best in their teams. The leader sets the tone. The more aware team leaders are of their own strengths, what drives and energizes them-the more they develop agility to use strengths more effectively, to stretch and to balance them to mitigate performance risks. I think both teams effective to gather.
I think it is like two faces of a coin as one cannot be detached with the other.....so cannot be seperate and discuss...so it should be a mutual one. My 2 cents. Thanks for the invitation dear.
I think the relationship between the leader and his team is mutual , So more they are related and understanding more they got strength personally and as a team
In my own opinion teamwork is essential to build a good work team in the company they should not rely on each other instead each one should do there part in order to have a better outcome and should be responsible in all endeavours they want to achieve.a leader should set an example to his colleagues and the subordinates should obey and respect the superior in order to have a better conclusion for the benefit of the ompany.
Thanks for the invite ............................ a team takes its strength from the leader
I would say the team takes the strength from their leader as the leader of the team you must always display positive attitude and energy to enforce healthily working environment among team members.
I believe that the leader derives the strength from his team because a great leader will use each and every individual strength just like in a game where a coach uses the ability, skill, and expertise of each individual player before deciding for a set play. So the team also rely to the ability of the leader to discern.
