What a Lovely Question Mr. Noufal Ali; Thumbs up!
I hundred percent agree with this notion. Thanks
yes, as much as mistakes you do, you learn from them and hence you become jade and master of all. please don't misconstrue my words as i tried to say mistakes are the real sources of our learning, this doesn't mean we keep doing mistakes for the sake of experience and knowledge.listening to our elders help us getting distracted and at the same time their respective experiences coaches us a lot in every direction we may need.
Listen them becasue they have well experiance of life .
Thanks for the invite ............................ Leave an answer to the experts
I completely agree.I had an older colleague who had a lot of experience from which I learned a lot.Of course, there were moments when he was not right, but it is usually concerned novelties, but still admitted he does not know.
Thanks Mr. Noufal, very nice Question and its learning for Elders too,,, i agree with you
The elders have something that no one else in a community has which is years of experience. This brings about a wisdom that can only be had after enduring a variety of things. The elders may not always be correct, but they should always be heard. To take away their voice is to take away a vital part of the community. Just as the young bring things to the group such as strength and energy, the elders bring something equally important to the table. They may have insight into issues that would not have been considered otherwise.
