Yes I do agree. This reminds me of the Nordstrom, the fashion retail company. A few years ago, a man walked into the former Fairbanks, Alaska, Nordstrom department store with two snow tires. He walked up to the tire counter, put the tires down and asked for his mony back. The clerk reached into the cash register and handed him the money. The customer wanted to return the tires never mind that Nordstrom selld upscale clothing not automative parts. According to the company the clerk accepted the tire because thats what the customer wanted.
