For me, they trust the company. But in order to satisfy them, as a front runner of the company it should start with you. You are not bringing your own name to them but the company's. Teamwork plays a really big role on satisfying customers. Building trust is a long process, cutting them takes only seconds.

Certainly Ibrahim! However it is very difearn the trust and not by over night. But being FAIR will allow to build the trust and should sustain for ever to maintain the satisfaction level.
