I would rely on Bayt experts profiles and check them first , then I will search into an other sources ....

This will depend on:

•  Human resource management planning
•  Analysis and qualification of vacancies
•  The human resources needs
•  Analysis of motivation and C.V
•  The selection of a number of applications
•  Analysis and comparison of profiles of jobseekers with those necessary for the evolution of the company
•  The quality of porfils jobseekers
•  Analysis of qualities of skills and experiences of applicants
•  Analysis and verification of references

I need a person for a post in office,

I place a job vacancy in local news paper as well as on web sites and ask personally to my colleagues and people I know seeking jobs. To introduce me a person, who is willing to do such job.
