I think, there is no difference.
One is related to administration and later is related to Management. Management relates to Finance and maximization of Profit.
No difference, in pragmatic terms. Bachelor's of Business Management or administration is effectively the same curriculum. The difference in naming is mere convention choices and has almost no impact over the structure and direction of the course.
Basically there is no core difference between a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Business Management.
Business Management focuses on PODSCORB. ie, Planning,Organizing, Directing,Staffing, Co-operating, Reporting and Budgeting.
Administration provides a broad background than Management and students can focus on different specialized areas of Management.

Both degrees are similar. However the Business Management focusing of running a business and leadership skills while the Business Administration is broader than the business management.
