Bayt profile’s an awesome opportunity to shine for employers . Between your job history, publications, endorsements, and connections, potential employers scan your information.
So, what do you need to include?
1-Having Enough Recommendations.
2- Updating your profile often enough.
3- Sharing Enough Information .
4-Using a good photo.
Thank you collegaues for your wonderful answers. All are helpful.
I belive that, These days, Bayt is an extremely valuable tool in the professional world, especially when you’re searching for a job. If your profile isn’t current, or if your picture is fuzzy and irrelevant, you could be ruining your chances of landing a new gig.
There are many Ways You Can Update Your bayt and Make Yourself More Hireable:
1-You must have Enough Recommendations.
Recommendations are the easiest way to show credibility, just as reviews are often the easiest way to decide on an online purchase. Spend the time to send a recommendation request to key people that you have worked with in the past. Make sure you pick people who can give unique and specific insight into how you work and why you are the one who gets the job done right.
2- Update your profile often enough.
I know it’s really overwhelming to make sure your page is in tip top shape, as there are so many different components to keep track of. Just thinking about updating , I am sure you're asking now Where do I even start? If you want hiring managers to see you in a positive light, or for your name to pop up in other people’s feeds more, these simple contributions will help you.
3- Share Enough Information a medium between under- and over-sharing.
I’ve become a bayt power user lately, and after scrolling through hundreds of profiles, I have seen the extremes. Some people simply don’t include anything just a job title and timeline while others have profiles that seem to go on for pages. Since I review many profiles in one day, consistency is nice. You just need to find a happy medium between under- and over-sharing.
4-Using a good photo.
I think that using good photo with high quality is an advantage. A job seeker is far more likely to make an impression with employers if she or he has a professional, high-quality photo. The solution is simple: Get dressed up and hire a good photographer.
Thanks Mrs Ghada for invitation :
- I am an active member
- I communicate with excellent skills and excellent abilities of high efficiencies and professionals experiences and informations
- I have good communication skills with others of all nationalities
- I have thinking positive thoughts
- I am still in touch with members of bayt to find the information or the proposed
- I always receives recommendations of colleagues
Recommendations - This should be given immediate current or past superiors and neithet peer nor friends from Bayts. I remeber LIAR recommendations. This may be used to offer a negative opinion of the personal qualities, work habits or motivation of the candidate while allowing the candidate to believe that it is high praise. Example....To describe an ex-employee who had problems getting along with fellow workers: "I am pleased to say that this candidate is a former colleague of mine." We don't like to hurt people's feelings, but we don't want to be totally dishonest either, so we are excited to find a way to be ambiguous. We call it ambiguity, speaking a half-truth, using mental reservation, twisting the truth a bit, being ambivalent.
Updating or refreshing the profile is a must once in a week if not daily. Refreshed or paid profile comes on the top of the search.
Rather enough essential information for the vacancy is vital. But how do we know the employer searching for particular position.
Photo - Official and at least a decent one is a must with face clear.
- Having enough recommendations
- Having more specialties
- Communicate directly with recruiters and managers
- Have more fresh information
Thanks

2- Updating your profile often enough.
3- Sharing Enough Information .
My educational background (curriculum), employers should review and give an equally important weight against work experience. Why, because this is the foundation of everything.
Specially if a candidate is top of the class or with “best” awards, this gives the assurance that the candidate is best among the rest.
We may read or come to know some of successful people without good educational background and even a dropped out students in college and can hardly get a passing grades but successful people and influential nowadays, this is a fact. But, did we get the ratio of successful people who did well in their school years versus those successful people with failures academically, none, right?
We have to be very aware, what is the purpose of sending our child(ren) to school otherwise?
As a recruiter, I do not weight working experience alone.
