Revit for sure. Navisworks is checking clashes between disciplines (clash detection) [beam vs. duct vs. ceiling for example).
Revit is optimal for quantities extraction, material takoff and schedules in general (like doors schedule).
I prefer revit software for this question
evn i am not really an expert, but i prefer Revit.
Based on visualization, Navisworks is much more user friendly for reviewing the extracted model than revit.
If we compare in point of funtions and feature, Revit may dominate over Navisworks, because it is capable of working and editing the model with more accuracy.
If we compare size of file, Navisworks wins the battle by producing efficient model with occuping less space file, compared to revit.
