Every company asked for experience .the person who apply for the first time from where they get experience.?

He is going to apply first time at the company obviously they could gain experience if they have been selected.Every company has require experienced people but question is who will consider to freshers my opinion is every company does consider if this candidates has capable for this job they must need Passion, patience ,Integrity and Diligence employers can judge to the candidates but i think should be good platform for learning and experience gain if they get this opportunity Thanks
