What's the difference between Architectural Drawings and Architectural Painting ? What special about each of them ?

Architectural drawings it's the drawings to guide engineering disciplines (structure & MEP) to do their scope of work to prepare the tender package.

Architectural painting, actually I don't know what do you mean, may be the architectural finishing or to draw a paint using architectural concept.
