I believe in any organization communication should be open and often. Management meetings can be as often as daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. The frequency would depend on key determinants like the relevance of the meeting, the agenda and its effectiveness. In my opinion management meetings should be arranged on a weekly basis so that the highs and lows of the week is discussed. Also, any concerns can be fixed in time rather than wait till it is too late.
