First of all, develop a training plan and subsequently carry out Quality Inspections + Audits to ensure overall efficacy of your plan.

Valuation competencies must either be strengthened and exploited center or in combination with other internal competencies to achieve synergistic effects. You can also valuing imperfect competencies  depending on the competencies of other companies using external networks (cooperation and alliance) or through a process of adaptation to learn through error or learning again

You must develop:

  1. Knowledge.
  2. Skill: the ability to execut and work concretely.
  3. Getting ready: the employee's ability to Implement tasks in superiority and the best of what can.
