The key challenges I often face being an office administrator are delivering the projects on time especially if your working in a construction and engineering companies. I worked on tender documents like preparing BOQ's and other tender submittals. The documentations I usually work requires a lot of time and patience with the pressure that is going on when we submit documents to a lot of contractors, consultants and suppliers. Submissions and deliverable are sometimes needed immediately because of a lot of factors and so I need to adjust my work priorities in that case.  My job is imperative to the team I worked with and that I am able to deliver what is expected of me as administrator/secretary.

You have to be calm, ready  and prepared for the day's work, have a good mind set, forget about the previous day's challenges, check outstanding files, clear desk and make sure that all systems functions well, be cheerful and do not allow emotions and sentiments set in, be articulate and maintain a positive attitude.
