Do you have a personal feedback culture?

I'm not talking about customer feedback here but rather feedback from colleagues about you.

Do you actively encourage feedback from those you manage?  How do you react if you receive feedback that is negative?

I myself like to have a feedback on my performance in my work from my boss. mostly I have got good feedback and was told me where i'm actually need improvement. I welcome the feedback as it gives me an opportunity to know where i'm lacking so that I can strengthen myself. Thanks.
