Obviously, life management affects enormously the ways we manage our job
Each person has some responsibilities towards his family: accompany children to school, settle family problems, take care of the paperwork with the administration, shopping, have a good time with the family, caring for a parent, do the maintenance work at home, respond to dinner invitations, play sports, take care of a patient, see friends, take courses, organize holidays, organize meetings with family (parents, grandparents, uncles, cousins ...) ... etc,
All this needs to be manage in way that it does not affect our work
