In general , we need to put a control system on all organization joints , that is mean put a strict plan to control all ( procedures , operations , movements , and other implementations movements ) inside organizations , that is include “ CCTV, Evaluate the performance step by step , check the market feedback , get daily feedback from markets and clients , check the daily-weekly demand,…)
Beside that as management we need to put and renew the control plan along the plans, employees’ performance, products-services, demand, and customers …
If I am not wrong we need to install control system from the front door (external door) until CEO office
