i believe ambassadors are paid a lot of money, the ones that are usually not paid are your brand advocates.
advocates believe in your products and are usually very powerfull especially in todays social media.
an advocate in very important to your brand, and then you have loyal customers who are usually not price sensetive and then your regular customer and finally ypour new customers.
ambassadors promote their image along with the brand image by endorsing the brand as their own favorate.they will be seen using it and promoting the brand and product.they will of course be paid for this.
Someone whom the company has hired to promote its products / services is called “Brand Ambassador” the responsibility of the brand ambassador is to propagate and promote the company’s product with all the manner required as he will be considered the spokesman of that brand or the services.
I agree with Shahzad, but sometimes brand ambassadors aren't paid to endorse your brand. an ambassador is someone who truly believes in your brand, someone who is outspoken about it, someone with the ability to convince others of its virtues and someone who is a big fan of your brand. Apple has a solid range of brand ambassadors as they are the people buying the product and singing its praises over and over again.
Michal Jordan was B.A of Nike and he carries this brand in his sports life and other than basket ball ground. Organizations pay them millions to endorse their brand and in return they generate business from the masses. A brand ambassador carry various form of product of their company, like M.J wore, T-shirts, joggers, shorts, caps and wrist band and various other product of NIKE.
