Keep tapping F8 as soon as the computer is started and that will take you to safe mode, safe mode with n/w etc.
TURN ON THE PC AND PRESS F8
THE MENU WILL POP UP AND CHOOSE SAFE MODE

There are tow ways to start the computer through Safe-Mode
1st Open Run window and write msconfig to open System Configuration, Then click on Boot tab and check the safe boot button and then restart the computer.
2nd When you start the computer, press the button F8 continuously until you see Safe-Mode choices.
by hiting f8 key at the time of starting
Restart the pc and keep pressing f8 windows
pressing F8 while booting operating system
Before PC start press F8 continuously and then you will get a option of Safe Mode.
Select option by pressing enter. you will safe mode screen.
