Do the credits earned enhance chances of someone being considered in any job vacancy?

This credit is for asking new questions only. Credit helps to ask you more questions. 

It will increase the weight of an individual. But directly, I don't hope, it will help. It helps indirectly only.

No this credit wont help you directly for considering for job vacancy but indirectly it will highlight your skills and when an employer look at your profile he may see this credits and he/she may consider but nothing can be trusted.
