Low dose of doputamine helps with ejection fraction by increasing cardiac output, blood pressure and heart rate while lowering the resistance of the peripheral vessels

increases contractility and blood pressure, lowers resistance of peripheral circulation

Although role is minimum unless patient is hypotension , it act as positive introducing and chronotropic this improve cardiac output
