It is a good question .....

Since the mentioned skills only owned by those who have it only so we need to be careful with them and try to develop it in a right way. in my opinion we need to follow the next steps with kids who have these inherent skills:

  1. Encouraging them to make  the right dcision.
  2. Let them now that they are have special skills allow them to do great things, in the same time we need to learn them how to use it in humble manner with others.
  3. Aware them that they can lead , create , and inspire.
  4. Increase the desire of reading and writing in daily basis, to let their feelings and thoughts showing in a real one as stories and ideas.
  5. Learn them how to build small teams ( football teams, child games teams, ...).
  6. Following up them in schools and classroom , and watch their daily , weekly behavior.
  7. Let them know what is after made a wrong plan & decision , in oreder to let them always choose a right path.
  8. Use a method of learning by Examples.

Leadership is about vision, responsibility and accountability. In practical terms this means guiding and inspiring people to a clear vision by taking and sharing responsibilities while being accountable for the outcome(s). Leadership skills include communication, engagement, team work, emotional intelligence, decisiveness, etc. When it comes to kids, it is a well known fact that they learn by observation. Hence, the most effective way to develop leadership skills in kids is for you to demonstrate these skills to them in everyday life. You can also challenge them to exhibit and develop these skills in a fun way. For example, you can give them simple house or school tasks and award point to them for completing them responsibly. Or you can ask a kid to draw the office building he would love to work in when he is an adult or to design the car or aeroplane of the future. You can also encourage them to work in teams and compete in a game that requires them to appoint a team lead, a score keeper and a time keeper; then take the time to describe the expectation of the team lead role and rotate the role among them. These are just some of the many way you can help kids develop leadership skills.

- Practicing some sort of group sports will encourage the loyalty for a team inside him.- Putting him once or twice under the stress of choosing one of two bad choices to know how he thinks.- Bearing responsibility through giving him a monthly allowance instead of a daily allowance in order to see how efficient will he manage resources.- Making him subscribe in a talent show or a public event in order to encourage him to speak freely in front of a crowd.
