Wordpress is very good as a blogging platform, but personally, I disliked the blog-centric structure of the Wordpress back end. Just about none of my clients then, or now, needed a blog front and center on the website. I always felt like I was battling the CMS to create a real standard website, wasting time "unblogging" the CMS to make it run like a standard brochure, or otherwise, website.- I preferred the way Joomla handles menus as a separate component, rather than having new pages get automatically linked on creation in the menu.- Wordpress's core system lacked a lot of the functionality that came preloaded with Joomla. I ended up adding in lots and lots of widgets and plugins to accomplish often simple tasks.- The target audience for Wordpress is meant for people who are not designers or developers. The ability to control every facet of website behavior is important to me as a designer/developer. Joomla has options for just about every single part of its website.- Finding extensions for Joomla to increase it's abilities is generally an easy process. I visit extensions.joomla.org, I search for what I need, read reviews, and download/purchase an extension. The Wordpress plugins/widgets area proved a frustrating place. I often had to install several plugins before finding one that A. Worked and B. Met my needs. - Joomla has a fairly simple system for Template Overrides.- Lastly, the Joomla User ACL system provides a really excellent way for me to hand over a website to an inexperienced client without giving them access to all of the settings and confusing bits. As far as I know, this user hierarchy is not present in Wordpress.I have not actively used Wordpress in about two years. It may have changed a good deal in that time, invalidating my criticisms, but those were my reasons to stick with Joomla. It is not perfect, by a long stretch (can be resource heavy on servers, sometimes has too many features for simple end user needs, is not user friendly for laypeople), but I have been pleased with the system enough to stick with it through many dozens of website builds.

for the security sure MVC better, and we can make MVC  responsive and user friendly using CSS, but if you want to make fast website u can use wordpress and use security plugins to increase website security.

These 3 technologies are completely different from each other. ASP.net is a framework while joomla and wordpress are open source cms. ASP is microsoft product while joomla and wordpress are php open source products. JOOMLA has its own MVC pattern while wordpress is not MVC based it has its own design pattern that u can used to customize its functionality e.g theme customization, plugin customization, while on other side JOOMLA is based on Modules and component which are the functional items for joomla.

Its depends on the requirement.. Joomla and Wordpress  are open source CMS.  So that ASP.net MVC Should be on top of security manner. But  Joomla and Wordpress has very large community to guide the developers how to build on it, also it has lot of amazing plugins, modules & components etc… and its very essay to customize and must user friendly.

So that choose the solution as per the proper business needs.

high level business - ASP.net MVC

Middle level business – Joomla

Low level business – Wordpress

For security prospects

1st place goes to ASP

2nd Joomla

3rd WordPress

But on the other hand you talking about Advance, Responsive, and User-Friendly. Then go with WordPress. There are so many plugins used to secure WP websites atm. One of my favourites is itheme security.
