yes,

We sit in the office and at home. Staring at our computer screens moving nothing but our fingers. We get stiff and tired. Because sitting is bad for you. Embody is good for you. An agile chair that keeps your body and brain limber all day. Designed specifically for people who work for hours at computers, Embody is the first work chair that benefits both mind and body.

you should be a comfortable chair for your Personality

Yes, along with the height of your desk, leg space and eye level to the computer monitor.

It is very important.
Your working chair should support your back so you won't develop lower back pain.
Also, when working on a computer, the proper position of your arm should be at right angle; otherwise, you would develop shoulder and other body pain.
Pain in the back or shoulder can severely affect your work performance, bringing down your efficiency as well as your personal disposition.

Sitting in An uncomfortable  chair for8 hrs a day leads to getting less work done. Takes loner to get work done. Because you tend to  keep getting up to stretch your legs. Back and arms.

Should be a comfortable chair. It helps you to focus either if uncomfortable, you may feel anxious and nervous

Based on my experience I can say that the type of your chair has a great importance in improving your performance. If your chair is not cofortable, you will not be able to concentrate on your key board, fingers and computer screen. If your chair is left or right even a half inch from your keyboard, your fingers will not move smoothly on keyboard, and in that case you cannot minimize the volume of mistakes. Similarly if your chair is low and your keyboard is on high table or place, it will also reduce your accuracy and speed.

Just like in any other thing, the more you're comfortable, the better you do it.

Chair type and sitting type, both shoulf be in a classical forma way. Backs should be straight. Eyes straight in line with screens. Wrests are on full line straight almost against the keyboards.
