I think it is very crucial, important and necessary for cross-checking the data of applicants: (1) The first concerns the issue of trust, the authenticity of the data presented by the applicant as an initial stage (2) Regarding the issue of our professionalism as a recruiters not to believe just with information from people we have not met before (3) Except with the referees of an individual or institution that is considered credible to give the references (4) If it all already considered to meet the minimum score that has been agreed by all the members of the panel of recruiters and approved by the user that the A the most viable as a candidate for the highest score, it can be agreed that it is A who gets the job (5) There is one last filter that probation (conditional) depending on the performance of A satisfactory or not at 1, 2, 3 months the first time it works, it really depends on the company that uses the skills / expertise of the employee A, for a contract period of 2 years for example.
