i will give you simple and real example one of my friend had a company in 2008, when the facebook and social media started in the middle East especially in Egypt (2005), he thought concentrating on the digital in that time would give him the edge and the advantage, but when he had meetings and talked to owners of SMEs in Egypt they were telling him that he is crazy and stated to say "what is the facebook that is something for kids" and one of them told him "are you kidding , do you want me to put my company name on that platform?!"
few years later companies started to know the power of social media and started to have pages and channels.
from what i mentioned above i tried to summarize in a short story why should you observe you client or customer because having the technology is not only the parameter to have the competitive advantage in your field and by the way my friend who had the digital company in 2008 closed his company because he couldn't servive financially untill his customer learn and know the power of social media

Not sure the kind of technology you already tried. Social Media sites, blog posts and video streaming sites. When it comes to technology, to get more viewers or to gain more prospects as well as to widen your targeted audience, it is better to be more updated. Making reviews is one that you have to work with and you should have to come up with something new and unique strategy different from other competitors to attract more viewers or to keep your old prospects updated to your product.
just simply make your own page in any of social networking to used it for advertising ..
you can used cellphone. make some apps or in the internet making website or used blogger team different kind of social media. some people like to read so used news paper.
the simplest answer is just to create an app which is ATTRACTIVE !!!!
