Is "Copy" command is easier and faster than "Array" command in AutoCad ?

Suppose: In Rectangular Array command we have to calculate and have to fix the required data for column and row(distances/numbers etc)while through copy command you can make grids and only have to copy and paste on that crossing of grid....!

Well .. Actually it depends on yout OBJECT type ,, for example if you wish to draw a grid of square columns lets say , and they have the same distances from center to center , in this case its easier to use Array command , but if there are any difeerencies in the shape, angle, distances between objects,...etc its more reliable to use Copy command .

I think copy command is used more than array .Making it easier with defining the Base Point of the object . So array array can be faster "sometimes" .

"Copy" command is easier but not Faster, "Array" command not difficult but just need more practice.

Array is faster than copy. if you have drawn grid then no need to calculate the distance for array. simply select the two points between the crossing grid line, selecting the dist button inside array command. do this for both column and row.

Actually they are doing the same job. They copy the object. but if you want to make alot of copies of the object with constant distance in a grid form or around certain point it's easier to use the array.

I think Autodesk could make the "Array" function as an option in the "Copy" function.

Yes faster....but if we want to draw a differnent same part in a circle path, we have required a correct axis so array command also important than that of copy

when talking about big quantities of items array should be easier than copy especially polar array

No,Array command is easier than copy command because by giving number of rows and number of coloumns and also specifing the base it will get number of copies in any angle...

USING COPY IN A-CAD IS ONLY TO MAKE A FULL COPY OF AN OBGECT AND U BETTER USE MIRROR U ALWAYS USE ARRAY CAUSE THAT IS THE MAIN WORK THE SAME CENTER THE SAME SCALE AND IT CAN DEFINE ANY MISTAKE U HAVE IN THE DRAWING

both commands are defrent and do not match with each other.

and both are usefull on proper time but Array command is easier than copy command because by giving number of rows and number of coloumns and also use for circular area

you can not use copy command circular area
