بفحص الحاله النفسيه من خلال المظهر - السلوك - درجة التعاون مع الفاحص - المزاج - الوجدان - اللياقه الاجتماعيه - الحديث - اضطربات الاحاسيس - شكل الافكار - الوعى والانتباه - التركيز ومن خلال كل هذا تستطيع ان تصل الى العله .

It depends on the client's complain. If a client came to me saying that he has a stomach pain, all the time, especially with meals, for exemple, I advice him to go see a Doctor, and do all the medical tests, because he could have an ulcer or need a medication. But, if he makes all the tests, and his Doctor says that there is nothing wrong in his stomach, from the organic side,then, we can be sure that he has a psychological disorder, and I can begin the psychotherapy with him.
