TO AVOID DEATHS THE COMPANY SHOULD 1ST LOOK IN TO THE MANAGMENT AREA.

1. MAKE SHIFTS FOR THE EMPLOYEES SO THAT THEY HAVE PROPER SLEEP N FRESH THEM SELF

2. USE OF BEST MACHINERY IN THE COMPANY

3. TRAINING THE EMPOYEES BEFORE  USING THE BEST MACHINERY SINCE IT HAVE HEAVY COST.

4. CREATE SELF CONFIDANCE BY CREATING OVERTIME N BONUS

5. EMPLOYE SUITABLE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN A SHIFT AND  EMPLOYE MORE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEE DUE TO WHICH MANY WILL BE EMPLOYED.
